Let me start by saying ...I am not a perfectionist ! That being said
I'm having a hard time accepting the work that these 'professionals'
are turning out these days. Don't get me wrong, the finished product
turns out just fine. My problem arises in the fact that they do things
just like me. Having managed forty eight apartments for a few years
and working in maintenance for quite a few I have had my share of
home repairs. Not to mention working on "This Old House" daily.
I guess I expected the pros to come in and show me a few tricks.
Well that ain't happening!
They bend nails and strip screws just like me ! Only difference is
when I do it...I know it... when they do it .. they cover it up. I too
consider myself a great cover-up artist...but I still know the goof
is there. when they do it ..I don't I guess I shouldn't watch.. that
should cure that problem. It's easy being a critic when your
outstanding at everything ! Except maybe flying a plane...never
tried that.....bet I could ! But then where would I fly to anyway?
