Time to vent . I'll try and keep it short.
Every day I turn on this computer and I'm bombarded with
Face book posts about one of the candidates for this falls election.
Some are abrasive and some are just downright nasty. I have
always been a registered Democrat but I can honestly say I have
never voted strictly along party lines. I have things I like and
hate about both candidates and come time I will weigh the options
and vote for the one that best fits my way of thinking. This year
more than ever , some compromises will have to be made. But
that's what life is all about. Sadly I think our leaders forgot the
meaning of the word. Ok I'm rambling... Point is.. I refuse to let
the people on here that post all of these half truths and interpretations
of what someone did or didn't do influence my decision. I do however
research voting records of the candidates past on issues important to me
and weigh the good against the bad and pray for the best. The one thing
the public badgering does do for me is to remind me to thank God
every day that we live in a country where one can do this without fear
of retaliation So to both partys .. Keep on posting people, and I'll keep
on ignoring.
