I was once told not to write just for the sake of writing.
Same goes for talking. I guess they are both about the
same and since I often talk whether I have anything to say
or not I guess it's ok to blog when I have nothing to share.
I could I guess go on about running new drain lines from
the kitchen sink, installing yet another flower pot pole in
the back yard, finally repairing the metal lathe that sat
broken for most of the summer or installing a new AC
unit in the camper, but truth be known, nobody cares. lol
As you can see the past few weeks have been catch-up
weeks for me. Since the grass cutting has slowed down
I have been doing little repair jobs that have been put off
for way too long. New doors .. and such are not hard jobs
but not jobs I particularly enjoy doing so they get shoved
aside until I can't possibly wait any longer. So with no
newsworthy stories or pictures to write about I have pretty
much ignored this blog. That is until today. Too hot for
outside jobs and all caught up inside so as Jerry Seinfeld
says.. I decided to write about nothing.
This being Labor day weekend coming up I'm hoping
to get out for a bit of riding and fun. I can already see
my 'check liver' light coming on. I say that in jest. I only
wish I could drink like the old days.. (maybe it's a good
thing I can't ) Hoping everyone has a good holiday and
hopefully I'll have something interesting to write about
next week. \_/ cheers !
