Okay I'm going to break my own rules for a split second. Bringing up politics I know it is a mistake because my words obviously don't transfer well into written dialog, and I am usually chastised by both sides for the exact same statement. So at the risk of losing even more friends I am going to make a quick observation and then slip slowly off to the camper on this brisk but sunny day and become one with the squirrels (they appreciate nuts)
I just wasted thirty minutes of my life watching the SCOUS conformation hearing opening statements. In that thirty minutes all I heard was Democrats bashing Republican views and motives followed by Republicans bashing Democrats views and motives.. Very little mention of the nominee. Can these people, for the love of God, just once put party lines aside and address the task at hand ? Talk qualifications or lack of ... Talk about nominee's track record on her beliefs and such. Please!!!
