Well.. the beer is iced down, cowboy hat starched and formed..
I guess it's time ! Today marks the beginning of 'Jamboree in the hills'
week. Although the show doesn't really start until tomorrow, there
are a lot of things going on tonight in and around the campsites.
Time to buddy -up with some old friends ..enjoy a couple cold ones
and map out plans for the rest of the week. Not sure yet but probably
be crashing with a couple work buddies for a couple nights.
The show itself is great if your into country music (as I am) but
the real show is in the crowd. Thousands of fans spending 4-5 days
of camping..music..and general hijinks's. Not for the faint of heart
but it does present some great photo opps..lol Every year we make
our rounds to visit friends from all over that we have met
over the years. Friends from Pa.. Conn...Arizona..virtually
everywhere and of course a zillion local crazies who never miss.
So check your wristband and hold on tight.. the fun is about to begin !
