Check..check.....

Just taking this opportunity this evening to

check in and let everyone know that I'm still

considered sane enough to be left out

wondering the streets. Marginal at best but

sane none-the-less. Several small snow storms

have come and gone and a bigger one is on its

way but I remain calm and composed.

Undaunted by the presence of five..yes count

them, five dogs, each with different eating and

relieving time schedules I marched straight and

true through a three day weekend. It's amazing

how one extra dog can upset a system. So far

the only causality is a screen on the storm door

(obviously my daughters dog never seen one before)

and a dull ringing in my ears from Betsy's high

pitched "Hes after me" yelp. This too will pass.

Anyway..back to work in the AM.. and only

three more days of dog sitting BUT..mix in a bad

ice/snow storm and I could be doing a little quiet

time in an institution. Ahh... rest at last !
