Happy Easter !!!!!

So now your going to ask...
What do a bunch of sticks
glued together have to do with Easter?
My answer would be absolutely nothing at all.

Since we did our family get together on Saturday I was gifted
with some idle time in the afternoon on Easter Sunday.
No ,I didn't attend church but I did catch the services from
a friends church on-line. I know that's not how it's properly
done...but it's a step in the right direction, for me anyway.

I decided to spend a little time on my hobby after a brief trip
out to dinner and dug out some telephone poles I started making
a while back for the train layout. It turned out to be a very
therapeutic session. As I painted and assembled the poles,
each resembling a cross, I reflected on the the days
leading up to the holiday that we celebrate today and the
pain and suffering that was endured for you and I.
As I finished the poles I was once again relieved and
incredibly happy to realize that the sticks were no longer
crosses... they were telephone poles. And that Our Jesus
was no longer entombed... He has Risen' !!!
