Ok...quick post with an observation.
Wife had a little fall at home the other day.
Nothing too serious but warranted a trip to the local ER.
While spending time in the waiting room I was
entertained buy a host of people of varying ages.
Since this was around nine PM on a Wednesday
evening I was surprised it was so busy but that
is not the topic of this post.
I'll admit that I will never be asked to appear on the
cover of G.Q. My wife likewise enjoys casual dress
although maybe not as casual as myself.
This being said, except for one gray haired gentleman
with a Santa like beard that obviously was down on his
luck and and was seeking a warm waiting room more
than medical attention, I think my wife and I were the
only people there (other than staff) that had normal
clothes and shoes on.
I was not aware that so many people venture out on
cold evenings clad in pajama bottoms, slippers and
over sized sweatshirts. I guess if your going to put a
coat over top...why worry.
I'm not judging mind ya just making an observation.
Maybe next time I take the casual approach ... On second
thought maybe the public is not quite ready for me in PJ's
P.S. This story may be embelished a tad to make a point
There were possibly a couple others with shoes on that
I chose not to mention...but hey..It's my post...lol
