Sometimes life gets in the way. At the present
time we have multiple Gas lines being installed
and that means a lot of clear cutting, which in
turn means a lot of downed trees, which means
an abundance of firewood, which means long
days of sawing, loading, transporting, unloading
etc.. It also means cleaning saws , sharpening
chains, removing splinters and such. Not to
mention trips to the drug store for Tylenol,
Band-Aids, Neosporin and other pain related
remedies. (Oh to be young again ) In any
event, said process has me a little behind but
I'll recover. Just give me a day or two of bad
weather to stay home and I be the pain in the
butt your used to. For conformation here is a
shot of one of several wood piles. As you can
see it all needs split and stacked yet so you may
want to sign up early on my 'helper 'list so you
will be certain not to get left out. Same rules
as last year .. Whoever splits the most wood in
eight hours gets a shiny new quarter !!!!!!
