What a difference a day makes. Yesterday I was
ready to climb a telephone pole in my underwear and
slide down just to get a thousand splinters in my bottom
and see if I could possibly feel any worse . Today 'eh
not so much. I think I'm over the hump. Not near as
many pains today, and after going out and shoveling the
driveway I'm thinking that maybe being stuck in the
house isn't such a bad thing. One sour note though, the
hood for my truck came in damaged so I'll be without
it for another week but I refuse to let that upset me. I'm
going to just smile and go on about my way. Besides
the dealership promised me another loaner in the morning
so I will have wheels if the pressure starts to build again.
I am feeling the need to roam a little so with the temps,
they say, vaulting into the low teens tomorrow I may take
a walk in the woods and let some snow fall down my neck
so I'll have something else to whine about on my Facebook
page. One needs to always keep a supply of fresh material on hand.
