Hoping everyone survived Christmas. The valley
is in a deep freeze this week. Bitter cold and blustery.
But as they say .. This too will pass.
I Did make my weekly pilgrimage for breakfast this
morning but alas the frigid weather must have frozen our
creative juices and no world saving solutions came about.
We did get a lot of train talk out of the way and a couple
layout wiring problems solved so that's a plus.
I hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas present I
gave them this year. I think the 'Speak when spoken to'
program is a success. For a while now I have felt that I
have been probably commenting and posting more than
I should, but dang it, I just can't help myself at times.
I've been trying to not be such a pain in the rear. Hopefully
I won't snap and erupt in a barrage of comments. No promises
though .
Although one of my biggest dislikes is bragging. I am
pretty proud of myself for steering away from the political
drama lately. (funny that bragging and political figures came
up in the same statement) I'm still a firecracker sitting on a hot
stove but I haven't exploded in quite a while. So that's a good
thing I think.
In closing I have a plan for the new year that I hope I can
achieve. A couple health related things and a couple of demons
I need to conquer. If all goes as planned maybe we'll see some
happy posts in the weeks ahead...
